Highland Beach is the three mile coastal town between Boca Raton and Delray Beach the place I scouted the entire South Florida coast to find. It's defined by oceanfront condos, low rise residential character, and an unhurried daily pace that the towns to either side don't share.
The buyers who fall for Highland Beach are looking for one specific thing: serious water without serious crowds. A1A, sand, sunrise and a short drive to either downtown when you want it.

A three tower gated enclave built between 2000 and 2004 with more than 400 residences, ranging from two bedroom plus den layouts around 2,200 sq ft to three bedrooms over 3,000 sq ft. Resort caliber amenities include a private oceanfront beach club directly on the sand across A1A, three swimming pools, a state of the art fitness center, spa services, club and billiards rooms, valet parking, concierge, private elevators, and a 24 hour manned gate.

A 336 residence resort style condominium community on the west side of A1A. One of the few Highland Beach communities with its own private oceanfront beach club, the Coronado Ocean Club, plus an Intracoastal pool and sundeck, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and 24 hour manned security. Boat dockage available for vessels up to 36 feet.

Boca Highland Beach Club and Marina
A self contained, gated community spanning both sides of A1A at 4801 South Ocean Boulevard, comprised of five buildings: Aberdeen Arms, Braemar Isle, Dalton Place, Evanton Baye, and Carron House. Residents enjoy a private oceanfront beach club, marina, tennis courts, and a deep set of resort caliber amenities. One of the most established address books in Highland Beach.
